Our Process

Step 1: Discovery Call

We start with a short conversation about your business, your team, and where you need support, whether that's nexus exposure, compliance gaps, or extra capacity. No commitment, just a chance to understand your situation.

Step 2: Proposal & Engagement

Based on that conversation, we put together a proposal scoped to your needs and select the right tier for your engagement. Once you're ready, we begin, month-to-month, with no long-term contract required.

Step 3: Ongoing Support

We work virtually or on-site depending on what fits best, billing monthly as we go. Whether it's a single project or continuous support, the engagement flexes around what you actually need.

Step 4: Transition & Handoff (as needed)

If the goal is building internal capability, we train and transition knowledge to your staff along the way, so support tapers naturally as your team is ready to take it on. But if you need ongoing support, we’re here for the long haul.
